Success in this position will be measured by the development of meticulously documented, brand-consistent packaging concepts that are technically sound and clearly communicated for efficient scaling.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development of upstream packaging concepts, including feasibility inputs, supplier coordination, and sustainability considerations.Support the translation of brand strategy and consumer experiences into packaging concepts, including CMF (colour/material/finish) options and packaging architecture proposals.Help create and maintain design intent documentation, focusing on form language, ergonomics, usability, and consumer rituals.Contribute to concept libraries, benchmarks, rationale documentation, and competitive analyses.Collaborate with fragrance and beauty suppliers on concept co-development, including sample coordination and rapid prototyping.Prepare early-stage 2D drawings or basic 3D models to effectively communicate design intent.
