Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement thorough test plans and specimen designs that align with structural testing goals and regulatory standards for ICON's 3D printed systems, guided by project leadership. Assist in the organization and design of testing logistics, ensuring the proper execution of lifting procedures, shipping methods, and test fixture setups for successful testing outcomes. Create detailed documentation for printing processes, including technical drawings, instructions, and logs. Oversee the 3D printing process of test specimens to guarantee quality and adherence to established plans and standards. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to evaluate and interpret test results, identifying performance trends and ensuring compliance with project goals. Prepare extensive technical documentation, including written drawings, reports, calculations, and presentations that outline testing methodologies, results, and conclusions for regulatory bodies and certification agencies. Address atypical testing challenges and devise innovative solutions to technical obstacles encountered during testing. Facilitate regulatory approval processes by refining existing testing methodologies and creating new approaches as necessary.
