Role ResponsibilitiesConduct analysis of intricate components, assemblies, and spacecraft to meet launch and operational requirements. Define structural load and testing requirements for components and subsystems. Lead vibration testing campaigns for analyzed components, assemblies, and spacecraft. Establish design best practices for future projects. Support recruitment efforts by interviewing and hiring new team members to enhance our growing workforce. Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Proficient in Finite Element Analysis, with a preference for Femap/Nastran experience. Hands-on experience with structural dynamics testing.1+ years of relevant experience. If you don't meet all criteria, we encourage you to apply anyway!Preferred QualificationsExperience in correlating finite element models with dynamics test data. Familiarity with analyzing and testing composite structures. Knowledge in defining vibration environments and conducting mechanical testing for spacecraft components. Proven capability in designing, analyzing, and procuring complex mechanical assemblies with over 30 components in aerospace or similar sectors. Experience in synthesizing requirements and translating them into sub-scale verification builds and testing.

Structural Analyst

As a Structural Analyst, you will be responsible for the modeling, structural analysis, and testing of spacecraft components, subsystems, and complete spacecraft systems.
