What You'll Need:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.8-10 years of experience as an aerospace stress engineer. Proficient in FEM with Nastran, covering model creation, analysis, post-processing, and debugging. Strong background in stress-hand calculations and analytical methods. Experience designing lightweight structures for aerospace using both metallic and composite materials. Familiarity with Flight and Ground Loads, structural requirements, calculations, and aerospace regulations/certification standards. Proficiency in Matlab. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, French, or German is a plus. Adaptability and resilience in high-pressure environments.
