The Strategy Associate role supports IEM’s strategic initiatives, working under the Strategy Consultant and Chief of Staff. This position helps shape projects that drive long-term value and strengthen IEM’s competitive position in the power distribution and switchgear sectors.

What you will do

  • Work alongside the Strategy Consultant to conduct market research and analysis, with a focus on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Data Center segments.
  • Gather and monitor competitive intelligence, tracking industry trends, product developments, and market sizing.
  • Stay up to date on industry news, analyst reports, and publications related to customers and competitors.

Reporting structure

This position reports to the Sr. Consultant within the strategy team.

Compensation

Salary range: $104,000 - $134,000 annually.
