About the job
At Prosper Health, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults by providing innovative mental health solutions.
Over the last 25 years, the number of autism diagnoses has increased significantly, yet autistic adults continue to be largely underserved. This neglect has resulted in alarming outcomes, including high rates of concurrent mental health issues and reduced life expectancy. Prosper Health is committed to changing this narrative.
We offer specialized mental health services for autistic adults that are covered by insurance. Our approach has empowered tens of thousands to receive their first autism diagnosis, collaborate with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and foster a sense of community. Our results significantly surpass traditional care methods, showing marked improvements in mood, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
As we continue to grow—tripling our growth rate year over year and achieving mid-double-digit millions in revenue with thousands of active clients and over 400 clinicians—we are a high-ownership, mission-driven team pioneering unprecedented solutions for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
The Role
We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead to oversee Prosper Health’s assessment business from start to finish.
Our autism assessment service has revolutionized the diagnostic process for neurodivergent adults by making high-quality evaluations widely accessible. The assessment is a crucial moment for our clients, and your role will be vital in maintaining the highest clinical standards as we scale.
Assessments are a key driver for Prosper and serve as a significant strategic differentiator. In the coming years, we aim to expand our assessments from thousands to hundreds of thousands annually, all while enhancing clinical quality, rigor, and client support.
You will work closely with both company and clinical leadership to ensure the ongoing success of the assessment business, including broadening the range of conditions we assess, enhancing psychologist support, fortifying clinical quality systems, streamlining assessments, and developing the infrastructure needed to support our expanding clinician network.
