We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic operator to lead the most challenging and high-impact customer engagements at Paraform, playing a pivotal role in our marketplace expansion.
With our customer base expanding rapidly—adding hundreds of new clients each month—Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) are vital to our operations, bridging the gap between sales, supply, engineering, and operations to achieve outstanding customer outcomes and drive revenue growth. As an SPL, you will collaborate closely with founders, executives, and senior talent leaders to tackle their most pressing business challenge: swiftly building world-class teams.
Every engagement is unique, ranging from assisting a defense technology company in forming a security-cleared engineering team to advising a Series A founder on their inaugural leadership hires. These high-stakes, strategic initiatives directly influence a company's scalability.
This role encompasses client ownership, structured problem-solving, and operational execution. You will oversee end-to-end engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to refine how Paraform's product and service delivery adapt as we grow.
We are looking for someone adept at operating in various capacities: as a trusted advisor, providing sound judgment, structure, and constructive feedback to senior decision-makers; as a hands-on operator, coordinating efforts across the marketplace to enhance quality, speed, and consistency; and as a strategic problem-solver, spearheading initiatives that propel the evolution of Paraform's model as we scale.
