Join Scale AI's rapidly growing Robotics division as a Strategic Project Lead (SPL) for the Data Collection team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives expected to generate over $XXM in new revenue. This challenging position requires versatility across various operational functions. We seek an SPL who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, is willing to delve into details, and is passionate about impactful work that fosters accelerated career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee significant customer and internal data collection projects, making critical decisions that influence data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and profit margins.
    • Analyze customer needs and design collection specifications to optimize model performance.
    • Develop project timelines and an efficient pipeline infrastructure for quality assurance.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage dynamic global teams of operators and data collectors.
    • Create analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Direct a team of Operations Program Managers and Associates to execute projects, define tasks, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Finance, Go-to-Market) to address challenges that advance the largest Robotics models globally (VLAs/VLMs).
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to Scale's executive team.
