We are seeking an analytical, driven, and execution-oriented Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) to spearhead impactful cross-functional initiatives at Workstream. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a catalyst for the business by managing complex and ambiguous projects that significantly influence revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams in product, sales, operations, and customer success, guiding initiatives from inception to completion. This position is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy tackling intricate problems with limited information, and take full accountability for results. You will be expected to act swiftly, make informed decisions, and deliver quantifiable business outcomes at scale.
This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring your presence in our San Francisco or Menlo Park office five days a week.
