In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, securing, and scaling partnerships with both enterprises and startups to bring innovative payment solutions on-chain.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Tempo's commercial partnership strategy targeting the consumer payments sector, including neobanks, digital wallets, remittance services, and cross-border payment platforms.Cultivate and manage relationships with consumer payment partners, such as neobanks and payout networks, to leverage Tempo for efficient on-chain transactions.Act as a consultative, technical advisor for partners integrating consumer payment solutions, providing guidance on wallet experiences, remittance flows, payout systems, and user-centric money movement applications.Expand Tempo’s ecosystem by engaging infrastructure providers, developers, and startups.Identify, structure, and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborative development initiatives.Represent the voice of our partners internally, influencing go-to-market strategies and feedback processes.Assist in creating scalable onboarding playbooks and success frameworks for partners.Represent Tempo at industry conferences, forums, and ecosystem events.QualificationsExtensive experience in business development or go-to-market strategies within the fintech or payments industry.Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling partnerships.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial services is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
