As we revolutionize the recruiting software space and emphasize the significance of a unified talent cloud, our capacity to forge impactful strategic partnerships within the HR Tech ecosystem becomes crucial to our growth strategy. Our customers appreciate our seamless partner integrations, and enhancing both the quantity and quality of these partnerships is paramount. We are seeking a strategic thinker skilled in engaging current and potential partners to achieve ambitious revenue objectives and expand our partner offerings for Lever clients. Furthermore, collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams is essential to ensure they are well-versed in articulating the value of our partner offerings.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive individual who excels in navigating uncertainty and establishing processes to scale a high-growth business through current and future partnerships. You will have the chance to work across the entire Talent sector and reshape our customers’ perspectives on HR Tech. As a vital member of Lever’s Partnerships and Alliances team, you will enjoy a significant level of ownership in defining your work streams and the strategic direction of the team. Close collaboration with the Director of Partnerships and Alliances, as well as with leaders in Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product, will enable you to influence this critically strategic function.

THE TEAM
The Partnerships and Alliances team is dedicated to driving revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. We identify strategic new business initiatives to enhance our market share and explore new product partnerships to broaden the reach of Lever’s product suite. Our work generates direct revenue for Lever’s Sales team via partner referrals and a revenue-sharing model with our partners. This dynamic environment involves engaging and influencing both external and internal stakeholders.
