Role Overview

The Strategic Partner Manager leads the direction and growth of a portfolio made up of Gusto’s largest and most influential accounting firm partners. This position focuses on expanding existing revenue and usage within these firms, while also surfacing and driving new growth opportunities. Building strong relationships at every level of partner organizations, from staff accountants to managing partners, is essential. The role requires skill in managing complex partner relationships and product configurations.

AI-driven workflows are a core part of the sales approach. The Partner Manager uses assigned AI tools, identifies friction points and inefficiencies, and collaborates with the team to influence future product development. Cross-functional work with senior Gusto team members is also key, supporting partner relationships, coordinating joint efforts, and providing insights to refine the Gusto Pro product roadmap and processes.

Gusto Pro offers features like client dashboards, automated workflows, detailed reporting, and integrations with other accounting software.
