Key Responsibilities:Own the Partner Relationship: Act as the primary contact for significant accounts, navigating intricate stakeholder networks to connect internal leaders with their external counterparts. Ensure account health, retention, and efficiency by facilitating timely connections between the right individuals. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the operational liaison between commercial and technical execution teams (Product, Operations, Technical Program Management). Translate high-level commercial milestones into actionable directives, ensuring timely convergence of workstreams for successful rollouts. Lead Strategic Collaborations: Define the partnership's operational framework, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Steering Committees, and executive updates. Ensure internal alignment for the flawless execution of high-stakes partner events and demonstrations. Define Success & Track KPIs: Establish success metrics for both Motional and our partners, monitoring key performance indicators across teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and achievement of commercial objectives. Support Market Expansion: Spearhead the rollout strategy for new markets, coordinating logistics between Operations, Strategy, technical teams, and external partners to ensure readiness for transitioning from pilot zones to full-scale operations.

As the 'Voice of the Customer,' you will oversee relationships at all organizational levels, significantly influencing our commercial strategy and long-term goals, ensuring our commercial operations evolve into a scalable, revenue-generating reality.

Expect to travel up to 40% of the time, depending on business needs and partnership deliverables.
