About the Role:

Join our Strategic Finance team and be at the forefront of supporting Current’s rapid growth and pivotal business decisions through analytical insights and strategic recommendations. You will leverage quantitative analysis to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that ensure long-term success. Your role will involve engaging with senior leadership to communicate findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, and Data) to operationalize key insights. This is a unique opportunity to significantly influence a fast-growing fintech startup within a transformative industry. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analyses and develop strategies alongside Finance, Product, and Data to help achieve Current’s objectives.
  • Scenario-test potential new products, analyzing pricing, marketing strategies, and business model adjustments.
  • Manage bottom-up forecasting and analytical models, including cohort analysis and three-statement modeling.
  • Enhance understanding of products and user behaviors through analytics to refine forecasts and key assumptions.
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to translate A/B test results into projected profits and unit economic impacts.
  • Create and maintain performance reporting to support the financial performance management cycle.
  • Effectively communicate recommendations and analyses across various teams and to leadership.
