Role overview
The Strategic Event Operations Manager will join a new team in London. This role oversees the design and execution of Fever’s most complex and high-impact events worldwide. Projects often involve major partners, new event formats, and unique operational challenges that require building solutions from the ground up.
What you will do
- Lead operational strategy for assigned events, managing each stage from planning to execution.
- Define event processes and structures, rather than simply following established procedures.
- Collaborate with significant partners and handle complex, sometimes ambiguous, requirements.
- Work with a high level of autonomy, especially where processes are not yet defined.
