We are looking for candidates who possess:Experience in early-stage companies, demonstrating the ability to navigate and succeed. Field sales experience in big data, cloud, or SaaS environments. A proven track record as a 'hunter' focused on acquiring new logos. Established relationships with CIOs, program managers, and critical decision-makers. The ability to clearly articulate complex cloud technologies.7+ years of experience consistently exceeding sales targets. Success in closing new accounts while managing existing ones. A solid understanding of Spark and big data technologies is preferred. A genuine passion for cloud solutions. A Bachelor's Degree.

You will play a critical role in identifying and closing new business opportunities, helping organizations realize the full potential of their data. Your deep understanding of our product will enable you to effectively communicate its value to customers and system integrators, ultimately accelerating deal closures and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Successfully closing new accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Identifying quick wins and managing complex sales processes simultaneously.
  • Consistently exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including use cases and forecasting, in Salesforce.
  • Employing a solution-oriented approach to deliver exceptional value.
  • Promoting Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark™.
  • Ensuring total customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically prioritizing opportunities and allocating resources effectively.
  • Developing success plans both internally at Databricks and externally with clients.
