Role OverviewAs a Strategic Account Executive, you will take charge of Serval's most significant and strategic opportunities. You will navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving IT, Security, and Operations executives, often spanning multiple regions or business units, to facilitate the transformation of their workflows through AI automation. Your role will entail close collaboration with our founders and product team to refine Serval’s enterprise strategy, influence roadmap priorities, and shape the future of “AI-powered IT” at scale. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in building a category-defining company from the ground up. Your ResponsibilitiesManage the entire enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to closing deals and driving expansion. Establish strong relationships with senior IT, Security, and Operations leaders, becoming a trusted advisor on automation strategies. Coordinate complex buying committees, ensuring alignment among technical, security, and business stakeholders around Serval’s value proposition. Present compelling demonstrations and business cases that clearly link Serval’s AI automation capabilities to measurable ROI and efficiency gains.
