Bolt is hiring a Store Operations Manager to support Grocery and Retail merchants in Warsaw, Poland. This role focuses on shaping and optimizing store operations, with a direct impact on customer experience and merchant performance across the platform.
What you will do
- Define and enforce store guidelines, including protocols for holiday operations and refund processes, to support a consistent brand experience.
- Create and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that address merchant challenges such as order discrepancies and product defect rates.
- Lead the transition of store operations to Salesforce, and manage the outsourcing of high-volume tasks like onboarding and store maintenance.
- Track and analyze merchant KPIs, identify operational friction points, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Act as the main contact for complex operational issues, working closely with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Role overview
