Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Join our team as a Store Manager at Monro, Inc., where you will play a pivotal role in leading our automotive service and tire operations in Brockton. As a Store Manager, you will provide daily guidance and support to your team, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and the Assistant Store Manager, all while reporting directly to the District Manager. Your leadership will help us fulfill Monro's vision of becoming America’s premier auto service and tire center, known for exceptional quality and service in every neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a team environment that delivers a consistently outstanding 5-star Guest experience.
  • Drive sales performance by developing sales strategies, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of our services and automotive products.
  • Promote tire and service offerings to guests, enhancing sales while building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support your team in creating a productive sales atmosphere through training in shop operations and guest services.
  • Oversee and assist technicians in service and repair tasks as necessary.
  • Manage staffing effectively, overseeing recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
  • Control expenses by managing payroll, utilities, and other operational costs.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stocking and pulling tires and parts.
  • Conduct audits on courtesy inspections performed by team members.
  • Ensure the store meets Monro’s cleanliness and operational standards, maintaining a guest-ready environment.
  • Schedule guest appointments and efficiently allocate tasks based on team skills.
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding their service needs, building lasting relationships for increased loyalty and retention.
