About the Role:
As the Store Manager at Las Vegas Petroleum, you will be instrumental in managing the daily operations of our convenience stores. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively address any customer complaints.
- Train, supervise, and mentor store staff to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies while tracking performance to meet sales and profit objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor expenses efficiently.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, particularly in a convenience store or gas station setting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and effectively managing retail operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail accounting practices.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic technology.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
