What you’ll do
As a member of the Startups Partnership team, you will be integral to our growth strategy, focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships within the Y Combinator ecosystem. Your mission will involve forging strong partnerships from the ground up, integrating new partners into our offerings, and consistently achieving targets by turning these connections into a reliable source of client referrals. If you are passionate about collaborating with founders at the startup stage and scaling impactful partnerships, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a rapidly evolving environment.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our San Francisco office, where we embrace a hybrid work model that balances the vibrant energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. We require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office each week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, enjoy the perk of up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
