ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a proactive and technically adept Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead the hardware development and enhancement of our Sentry platform, guiding it from initial concept to full-scale production. This critical role connects capability, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring our designs progress from prototypes to reliable, field-ready products essential for mission success.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in hardware product development and system integration, excel in challenging and uncertain environments, and have a passion for creating systems that are ready for deployment. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and robotics engineers, facilitate the integration of sensors and electromechanical subsystems, and manage the transition from engineering to production. As the primary point of contact between the product team and internal business units, you will balance customer urgency with methodical execution.
