We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager - Hardware NPI who is eager to contribute to building a safer and more efficient transportation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution support for the Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) team. Collaborate closely with design engineering, internal manufacturing, purchasing, supply-chain, and contract manufacturers.
  • Lead the planning and management of daily operations for hardware modules (like lidar, computers, and pods) ensuring their readiness for manufacturing. Communicate with contract manufacturers regarding each program and address any scheduling escalations. Collaborate with development, systems, and safety technical leads in cross-functional meetings.
  • Proactively organize meetings or discussions with cross-functional partners to eliminate roadblocks for the engineering teams in preparation for manufacturing.
  • Act as a communication bridge between manufacturing and development teams regarding all aspects related to product launches at contract manufacturers and internal manufacturing.
  • Monitor and relay manufacturing items and documentation for OEMs and customers.
