In this role, you will collaborate with our customer support engineering, operations, and product teams to enhance decision-making across various facets of Airbnb. Working closely with engineering leaders in CSE, you will contribute to processes, strategies, and execution.

We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background, who comprehends the challenges at hand and is capable of driving requirements while leveraging their expertise to tackle strategic issues at Airbnb.

This pivotal role will enhance the quality and speed of work across cross-functional teams, acting as a “force multiplier.” Responsibilities include managing project timelines, identifying risks, discussing technical trade-offs with engineers, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholder groups. You will facilitate clarity amidst complexity and foster relationships that motivate others through vision and data-driven persuasion.

A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and gather feedback.
  • Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
