We are on the lookout for talented professionals who can help evolve robotic deliveries from a novel concept into a standard practice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for various autonomy projects, encompassing end-to-end autonomy model development, data infrastructure, simulation, machine learning, mapping, and process enhancement.

  • Lead and synchronize efforts among engineering teams, product managers, operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Collect requirements, align priorities, and effectively communicate project progress.

  • Design and implement processes to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering management to develop and sustain active project roadmaps.

  • Evaluate and revise existing processes, pinpointing areas for optimization and improvement.

  • Coordinate extensive communication efforts to ensure all teams remain informed and aligned.

  • Produce thorough project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and status reports to uphold transparency and accountability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in managing technology projects, preferably in robotics or automation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
