JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for various autonomy projects, encompassing end-to-end autonomy model development, data infrastructure, simulation, machine learning, mapping, and process enhancement.
Lead and synchronize efforts among engineering teams, product managers, operations, and business stakeholders.
Collect requirements, align priorities, and effectively communicate project progress.
Design and implement processes to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with product and engineering management to develop and sustain active project roadmaps.
Evaluate and revise existing processes, pinpointing areas for optimization and improvement.
Coordinate extensive communication efforts to ensure all teams remain informed and aligned.
Produce thorough project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and status reports to uphold transparency and accountability.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in managing technology projects, preferably in robotics or automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
