Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the assembly and integration of aircraft from initial planning to final delivery.
- Act as the technical and programmatic liaison, coordinating efforts among engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.
- Establish and manage integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers to monitor progress and ensure milestone achievement.
- Supervise the integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems into aircraft platforms.
- Ensure configuration control and compatibility with certification and customer requirements.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical and execution risks.
- Effectively communicate program status, risks, and recovery plans to leadership and stakeholders.
