About the Team:
The Quality team is committed to integrating quality throughout the design and production processes of Terran R. Rather than solely performing inspections at the end, we aim to influence construction from the outset. Our team collaborates closely with design, manufacturing, testing, and launch teams to stay connected with the hardware, understand constraints, and proactively guide decisions. As we transition from initial development to production and scaled operations, it’s crucial to implement effective processes, controls, and inspections without hindering our progress. Our team plays a pivotal role in managing risk, fostering a culture of ownership, and ensuring that accelerated timelines do not compromise reliability. Success in this role means establishing a quality system that evolves alongside the Terran R program and Relativity as a whole.
