As a Staff Solutions Engineer (SE) at Upbound, you will play a crucial role in our pre-sales team. This position will support all pre-sales initiatives in North America across various segments. Following the qualification of leads, the Solutions Engineer will collaborate directly with customers to understand their technical business challenges. You will guide customers in recognizing the value that Upbound products and solutions provide. Solutions Engineers establish trustworthy technical relationships with our clients by actively listening and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings in a manner tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
Solutions Engineers possess an in-depth understanding of Upbound’s product roadmap and will demonstrate the ability to anticipate customer needs, knowing when to promote upcoming solutions versus focusing on existing offerings based on the customers' medium- to long-term visions. They are expected to have a profound comprehension of the key technical and economic decision-makers and what it takes to secure buy-in for our innovative solutions.
