Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer II to architect, develop, and enhance robust, scalable distributed systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Java and Go, along with a profound understanding of distributed computing principles, cloud-native architectures, and scalable backend solutions.
This position demands a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and observability, while advocating best practices in incident management, performance optimization, and automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create resilient, high-performance applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) will be advantageous.
