Your Impact
First 3 Months: Immerse yourself in our tech stack (Golang, TypeScript, React Native) to deliver critical features for our Specialist Visits product. You'll set foundational engineering standards for this new venture and cultivate trust with cross-functional teams in Product and Design.
First 6 Months: Spearhead complex, cross-team projects that unlock new product functionalities while guiding the team through uncertainty to create sustainable solutions. You'll mentor senior engineers, elevate the technical standards, and ensure our clinical journeys are user-friendly and of the highest quality.
First Year: Lead the architectural vision for our ambitious 2026 scaling plans, designing robust services capable of supporting 100x growth. You'll influence the long-term technical strategy, balancing immediate deliverables with the reliability and maintainability essential for large-scale expansion.
