We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Fintech Platform teams. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a cross-platform Architect and a hands-on technologist, driving our platform offerings to new heights.

You will spearhead our Enterprise Reliability initiatives, designing, building, and maintaining robust architectures for our Fintech Platforms. Collaborating closely with Full Stack teams across the Nium platform, you will ensure our systems are built with a focus on security, stability, and observability.

This is a high-impact role that directly influences the quality of our software, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading architectural changes to achieve a reliable 99.99% uptime as we scale across our Payment platforms.
- Collaborating with the AWS Infrastructure team to ensure the successful rollout of GitOps-based EKS deployments organization-wide.
- Engaging cross-functionally with engineering and QA leads across squads to drive excellence.
