The Waymo Compliance and Readiness team plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for all riders. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Operations team to identify and mitigate issues such as lost items or passengers being seated incorrectly, leveraging advanced data pipelines and machine learning models.
We are seeking a Staff / Lead Software Engineer with expertise in backend development and experience in building machine learning data pipelines. In this hybrid role, you will report to an Engineering Manager.
