POSITION SUMMARY
As a Staff Software Engineer at EarnIn, you will be instrumental in developing systems that are critical to our business. You will manage systems that facilitate real-time and scheduled money transfers, enabling us to track outcomes, reconcile discrepancies, and respond effectively to returns, chargebacks, and other events. We are looking for seasoned, collaborative, and resourceful engineers to join our backend teams. In this role, you will collaborate across various teams and contribute to the design and development of robust backend services.
This position is ideally hybrid from our Mexico City office, but remote arrangements can be considered. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the design and implementation of new features, breaking down complex problems into manageable components, translating complexity into elegant designs, and crafting high-quality, maintainable code.
- Make a significant impact on the lives of our community members.
- Design and deliver robust microservice integrations via REST/gRPC APIs utilizing various communication, consistency, and coordination strategies.
