Role overview

This Staff or Senior Staff Rust Software Engineer position is based in Boulder, Colorado. The role centers on building Next-Generation Missile Warning software, processing Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) sensor data to support missions including Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Battlespace Awareness.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and enhance high-performance software systems using Rust
  • Work in a secure environment focused on national defense
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address technical challenges
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for mission-critical software
  • Process and analyze OPIR sensor data for various defense applications
