Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and longevity of our iron-air packs and systems. This pivotal role is part of our Systems Reliability team located in Berkeley, CA. As a leader in reliability test development and design for our pack-level subsystems, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our dynamic company with its groundbreaking technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary expert on Design for Reliability (DfR) for critical mechanical subsystems that facilitate iron-air battery operations, mentoring peers and leading cross-functional design failure analyses (DFMEAs).
Convert Product Goals into Reliability Requirements: Define a strategic roadmap for validating component reliability and performance.
