About the Team:
The Propulsion team at Relativity is dedicated to developing and delivering high-performance, manufacturable engines for the Terran R rocket. Our engineers oversee the entire lifecycle of their components, from initial design and production to qualification and flight. We cultivate a culture of grassroots decision-making, free from unnecessary technical barriers, where accountability and ownership are prioritized. Designing engines capable of producing over a quarter million pounds of thrust is just the beginning; as we move into the qualification phase for flight configurations, our team is actively exploring enhancements for future engines, including thrust upgrades, new operational cycles, and designs optimized for mass production.
About the Role:
