Product at Brex

The Product team is integral to Brex's mission of empowering employees everywhere to make informed financial choices. By leveraging our deep business insights, we pinpoint and define the most impactful opportunities for Brex to pursue. Our team coordinates key decisions across various cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design. We set the strategic direction and guide products from concept to launch, allowing Brex to scale rapidly and support our customers in achieving their fullest potential.

What you’ll do

As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will navigate the intersection of product strategy, technical expertise, and business impact. You will be responsible for defining and executing a multi-quarter strategy within one of Brex’s most crucial product areas, leading initiatives that significantly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Your role will involve identifying high-leverage challenges, articulating them with precision, and rallying cross-functional teams to deliver substantial enhancements in customer value, revenue, efficiency, or distribution.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM, influencing decisions beyond your immediate team and elevating product-thinking standards across the organization.

Where you’ll work

This position will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City office. You are expected to work in the office at least three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Employees can also work remotely for up to four weeks a year, with a minimum of one week at a time.
