Your Role
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to effectively communicate, evolve, and implement robust design standards that position Brex as a frontrunner in financial innovation. Your contributions will play a key role in our company's growth and product launches, focusing on maintaining high visual standards and a strong emphasis on user needs. You will adopt an owner’s mentality, taking pride in your work and the work of your team, viewing yourself as an integral part of the Brex journey.
Work Environment
This position is based in our San Francisco office. We embrace a hybrid work model that combines the energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office each week, specifically Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will transition to three in-office days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
