With strong user research skills and an exceptional visual design sense, you will advocate for efficient interfaces that enhance our platform's functionality.Your Responsibilities:Engage actively at every stage of the project lifecycle, collaborating with the project team to brainstorm concepts, develop creative solutions, and design user flows while adhering to deadlines.Take ownership of core component libraries to advance the Centah design system, overseeing the design, specification, and maintenance of intricate UI components, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability.Advocate for visual quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that every component—from buttons to complex data tables—is polished, accessible, and consistent with our brand identity.Exhibit curiosity about user behaviors, using quantitative and qualitative research to inform product and design decisions.Collaborate with product stakeholders to refine requirements, conduct user interviews, and facilitate internal feedback sessions to identify usability improvement opportunities within the platform.Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility, integrating their feedback and insights into your designs.
