Your Role
In this role, you will partner with Product and Engineering teams to articulate, enhance, and execute a robust product design standard that positions Brex as a trailblazer in financial innovation. Your contributions will be pivotal in our company's growth and product launches, as you will drive both short and long-term strategic direction, maintain high visual standards, and focus on user-centric design. You will embrace an ownership mentality, taking pride in both your work and your team's achievements, seeing yourself as a co-builder of Brex.
Work Environment
This position is based in our New York office. We operate in a hybrid model, combining the vibrant energy and networking opportunities of being in the office with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we ask for at least two in-office days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting February 2, 2026, our policy will shift to require three in-office days each week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Plus, enjoy the benefit of up to four weeks of fully remote work per year!
