Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on aerospace or automotive industries. Strong understanding of materials and processes related to rocket manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD software and experience with design for manufacturability. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
