About the Team:

The Integrated Performance team holds a comprehensive perspective on how the Terran R comes together, ensuring that every system—both onboard the vehicle and on the ground—meets our ambitious goals. The team engages across the entire launch system, from trajectory design to aerodynamics and reliability analysis, exerting direct influence on all phases of the product lifecycle, from conceptual design through to post-flight data analysis. Beyond analysis, team members actively interact with hardware and operations, possessing the mission and authority to drive impactful programmatic changes. Our unique organizational structure allows the Integrated Performance team to span multiple technical domains while embedding directly with partner teams to tackle the toughest multi-disciplinary challenges. Operating at a rare scale, we are large enough to drive significant initiatives, yet agile enough to adapt and innovate rapidly.
