Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with the flight control actuation system of our eVTOL aircraft, demonstrating adherence to both product and regulatory standards.Your Responsibilities:Contribute expert insights to the actuation product strategy, architecture definition, and planning.Plan and coordinate engineering tasks focusing on disciplined and efficient execution.Draft and oversee the flight control and actuation system-level product requirements, ensuring compatibility with all interfacing systems.Guarantee the completeness and accuracy of requirements, aligning them with business, technical, and operational objectives.Collaborate with Systems Engineers to ensure an optimized, fully integrated system.Work closely with the systems and safety engineering team to define functional breakdowns and identify interfaces.Lead multi-disciplinary integration efforts and problem resolution.Assist suppliers and internal teams in developing lower-level requirement sets, collaborating with technical leads and subject matter experts.Review and evaluate designs and documentation from internal teams and suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance.Manage the Validation and Verification processes at the system level, ensuring adherence to established plans.
