Advocate for system quality across teams. Lead migration of legacy UI components, ensuring adoption in key product areas such as CTAs and checkout flows. Enhance Developer Experience by designing component APIs that balance flexibility with ease of use. Build and maintain a tool-to-code pipeline (Figma, Claude, Builder, etc.) to keep design artifacts aligned with production components. Partner with Engineering on architecture decisions, including CI/CD, token systems, and distribution, and support enforcement mechanisms like linting and token constraints. Introduce and standardize AI-assisted workflows, structuring components for AI-friendly generation and integrating tools (Builder.io, Gemini, etc.) to support consistency.
