We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to bolster our expanding Business Technology (BT) team, focusing on scaling our business solutions with a heightened emphasis on security. In this pivotal role, you will architect and develop customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations that align with our company’s strategic goals.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, business stakeholders, Product Owners, Program analysts, and engineers throughout the design, development, deployment, and support phases. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving and delivering exceptional solutions is paramount. Your Product Owner will rely on your expertise to provide all technical services, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
As a Senior Staff Engineer, you are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating technical leadership and ownership of projects.
- Architectural Leadership: As a technical leader, you will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, creating solid, scalable, and secure architectures that form the foundation of our engineering efforts.
