The Role
As a Staff Engineer at Headout, you will spearhead architectural excellence and technical strategy across diverse product engineering teams. You will tackle high-impact engineering challenges such as designing low-latency systems for dynamic pricing, processing extensive inventory data for thousands of products, and overseeing a vendor ecosystem that includes half a million vendors. Your contributions will not only focus on building systems but also on enhancing technical excellence by collaborating with Engineering Managers to reduce technical debt, improve deployment stability, and establish resilient system boundaries for sustainable scaling.
