Role OverviewEnhance the Group’s credit and counterparty risk frameworks through thorough credit analysis, vigilant portfolio oversight, and data-driven management information (MI), facilitating sound limit governance and proactive insights across various entities.Key ResponsibilitiesCredit Analysis & Reviews: Spearhead assessments of counterparties and clients; maintain detailed credit memorandums and conduct regular reviews; monitor evolving conditions and ensure timely follow-ups.Exposure, Concentration & Limits Monitoring: Generate and analyze insights on credit exposures, limit usage, concentration levels, and exceptions; recommend escalations supported by thorough analysis.Credit MI & Dashboards: Develop and oversee comprehensive credit reporting packages (including trend commentary, watchlists, and change drivers); collaborate with Quant/Data Engineers for automation and standardization.Stress/Scenario Inputs: Provide input for credit-focused scenarios, conduct sensitivity analyses, and investigate significant changes.Data Discipline: Ensure consistent definitions of exposure measures, limit logic, and entity mapping; document any methodological changes.Governance Support: Prepare materials for ALCO and credit governance meetings, ensuring clear tracking of actions and closure evidence.Key DeliverablesCredit watchlist and periodic review timetableCredit exposure and limits management information with narrative and exceptionsCredit memorandums and review notes along with a conditions trackerAutomated credit dashboards (where feasible) and definitions documentationSuccess MetricsImproved quality of assessment-driven credit decisions with robust evidenceMinimized limit surprises; enhanced early-warning capabilitiesReduced manual reporting; improved data consistency across entitiesBenefitsCompetitive salary, Annual bonus, Private medical coverage
