Key Responsibilities:Review and validate the Data Governance (DG) organizational structure, focusing on roles, data policies, and procedures.Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify Critical Data Entities (CDEs) within the relevant business domains.Establish a Data Governance operating model to facilitate the implementation of data dictionaries, business glossaries, data maps, data lineage, and data quality metrics for the identified CDEs.Design a communication and engagement strategy for both business and IT leaders to implement the data governance operating model effectively.Engage in IT architecture discussions to align the Business Glossary with the data service architecture.Define Data Service Agreements (DSAs) for primary vendor data feeds and services.Utilize or recommend tools such as Collibra and Informatica-IMM to execute the operating model and register associated data artifacts.Oversee the deliverables and performance of the implementation team.
