About the Role

The Special Projects Associate role is pivotal, operating at the crossroads of strategy, operations, analytics, and product development, and spearheading Loop’s critical growth initiatives. You will collaborate across departments to translate operational insights into actionable product strategies, enhance efficiencies, and establish scalable, revenue-generating systems.

The perfect candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit—thriving in uncertain situations and adeptly navigating between high-level strategy and intricate details. Your success will directly contribute to equity value creation and earnings growth as Loop expands.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of impactful growth initiatives, including opportunity assessment, stakeholder prioritization, and developing robust, data-driven business cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to foster alignment, eliminate obstacles, and expedite execution.
  • Define and manage essential program roadmaps—establish requirements, sequence workstreams, identify risks early, and ensure coordination across teams from initiation to delivery.
  • Work alongside Strategic Finance to explore optimization opportunities, model P&Ls, and assess potential ROI.
  • Serve as the voice for internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations and translating operational requirements into product or process specifications.
  • Enhance growth and retention within key customer portfolios by ensuring project outcomes yield measurable business impact.
  • Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
