We are currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Academic Coach II to provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs, enhancing their access to the general education curriculum within the classroom setting. This role is vital to maintaining our low student-teacher ratio and ensuring individualized attention for student success.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with teachers to provide one-on-one support for students with mild to moderate behavioral or academic challenges.
● Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and support students in maintaining health and safety standards.
● Facilitate small group instruction tailored to students with learning differences.
● Monitor student progress and contribute to evaluations using provided templates and resources.
● Build meaningful relationships with students to enhance their educational performance and social development.
